Day 1

Drive from Dehradun to Sankri (6,400 ft) | 240 km

• Assemble at the boarding point in Dehradun - Prince Chowk near Railway Station or ISBT Bus Stand and drive to Sankri.
• We’ll be driving through Mussoorie, Barkot, Purola, Mori and Netwar to reach Sankri, nestled in Govind Wildlife Sanctuary region (Uttarkashi district).
• After arriving in Sankri, check-in to our cozy homestay/guesthouse, freshen-up and have some leisure. Feel free to take a stroll around this peaceful village and pack for your next day's trek. Savour home-style cooked dinner and overnight stay in a homestay/guesthouse.

Day 2

Trek from Sankri to Juda ka Talab (8,900 ft) | 5 km

• Wake up early in the morning and post breakfast, we will start our trek from Sankri village to Juda Ka Talab. The initial trail passes through the dense pine forest which gets covered with snow during the winter season. Get mesmerized by the stunning view of Swargarohini mountain massif enroute Juda Ka Talab. Feel free to take a stroll around and soak in the charm of the frozen lake.
• After arriving in Juda Ka Talab, check-in to our camps, treat yourself with a much-needed lunch and have some leisure. Savour home-style cooked dinner and overnight stay in camps.

Day 3

Trek to Kedarkantha Base Camp & Leisure (11,250 ft) | 4 km

• Wake up early in the morning and post breakfast, we will start our trek from Juda Ka Talab to Kedarkantha Base Camp. The trekking trail to the basecamp is a bit steeper than the previous day’s trail.
• After arriving in Kedarkantha Base Camp, check in to our camps, treat yourself with a much-needed lunch and have some leisure. Feel free to take a stroll around, indulge in snow fights or take part in group activities. Treat your eyes with jaw dropping vistas of snow-peaked Himalayas. Savour home-style cooked dinner and overnight stay in camps.

Day 4

Kedarkantha Summit (12,500 ft) to Hargaon | 9 km

• Today is the most visually mesmerizing day. Wake up around midnight (2:00 or 3:00 AM) and start our trek from Kedarkantha Base Camp to Kedarkantha Peak.
• At Kedarkantha Peak Summit, witness the famous sunrise and get mesmerized by the jawdropping view of Himalayan peaks of Garhwal region and Kinnaur region such as Gangotri, Swargarohini, Banderpooch, etc.
• Start your descent from the summit to Kedarkantha Base Camp and treat yourself with a much-needed breakfast. Start your descent from Kedarkantha Base Camp to Hargaon. After arriving in Hargaon, check-in to our camps and have lunch. Savour home-style cooked dinner and overnight stay in camps.

Day 5

Hargaon to Sankri (3 km) | Drive to Dehradun (240 km)

• Wake up early in the morning and post breakfast, we will start our descent from Hargaon to Sankri.
• After arriving back in Sankri, collect luggage, board your vehicle and drive towards Dehradun.
• By late evening, you will be dropped at Dehradun. Trek ends with lots of amazing memories and unforgettable experiences.

Things To Pack

• 
  Sunglasses, torch, trekking pole, charger, power bank, quick dry towel, adequate amount of cash, quick snacks/dryfruits/energy bars, trash & waterproof laundry bags, re-usable water bottle.
• 
  Personal medication (as prescribed by the doctor) & first-aid, sprain relief spray, glucose powder, tablets for headache, fever, diarrhea, motion sickness, dettol & cotton/bandages.
• 
  Personal care items like cold cream, sunscreen (preferably SPF50), lip balm, sanitary pads, toothpaste & other toiletries, wet wipes, hand sanitizer, insect repellent, body spray, toilet paper.
• 
  A pair of trekking shoes with good grip, ankle support & waterproof, atleast 3 pair of socks & floaters/sandals (for campsite purpose).
• 
  Heavy down jacket (supports -5°C to -10°C), wind proof jacket, long track/cargo pants (preferably polyester), T-shirts, body thermal wears, sun cap/hat, woolen cap & gloves, raincoats/ponchos.
• 
  Personal documents & ID's like aadhar card, drivers license, passport or any other valid Government ID proofs, needed while applying for inner line permit.
• 
  Good quality rucksack (preferably 40-60 liters) & day backpack (preferably 20-30 liters) with rain-cover is recommended, avoid to carry trolley bag.
