Here are some of the trips for how to prepare for the Kasol Kheerganga trek:
Physical Fitness- Start regular exercises like walking, running, jogging and cycling, also include strength training for your core, legs and upper body. The trek requires moderate to arduous levels of walking, so it's essential to be physically fit.
