- Wake up early in the morning and post breakfast, we will start our trek from Lohajung to Didna village. The trail passes through dense alpine forests and charming villages, following the Neel Ganga river. You’ll gain altitude gradually as you ascend towards Didna village after crossing the river flowing under the metal bridge.
- After arriving at Didna village, check-in to our homestay and have some leisure.
- Post a much-needed lunch, feel free to take a stroll around and soak in the charm of this quaint village.
- Savour home-style cooked dinner and overnight stay in Didna village.
- Wake up early in the morning and post breakfast, we will start our trek from Didna village to Ali Bugyal.
- Enroute, we will be taking a pit stop for a much-needed lunch around Tolpani followed by a brief climb till the ridge of Ali Bugyal. After passing through oak forests, you will witness a dramatic change in the landscape, offering majestic views of Nanda Ghunti & Trishul peaks.
- After arriving at Ali Bugyal, check-in to our camps and have some leisure. Feel free to take a stroll around, relax on the lush meadows of Ali Bugyal and soak in the serenity that nature has to offer.
- Savour home-style cooked dinner and overnight stay in Ali Bugyal.
- Wake up early in the morning and post breakfast, we will start our trek from Ali Bugyal to Bedni Bugyal and Pathar Nachuni.
- Take the trekking trail from Ali Bugyal towards Ghora Lautani and further towards Pathar Nachuni and Bedni Bugyal.
- The charming meadow of Bedni is adorned with thousands of colorful flowers in full bloom and provides a stunning view of Garhwal Himalayan peaks like Trishul and Nanda Ghunti. Soak in the surreal beauty at Bedni Kund, a pristine lake in the midst of this lush meadow.
- After arriving at Pathar Nachuni, check-in to our camps, have some leisure and enjoy a starry night (on a clear day).
- Savour home-style cooked dinner and overnight stay in Pathar Nachuni.
- Wake up early in the morning and post breakfast, we will start our trek from Pathar Nachuni to Bhagwabasa via Kalu Vinayak.
- Enjoy the majestic Himalayan views as you gradually trek upwards and gain the altitude to reach the Kalu Vinayak Temple. Trek further to finally arrive at Bhagwabasa. At Bhagwabasa (Bagua/Bagh: Tiger, Basa: Home), witness a small cave here and according to folklore, this place is considered as the resting place or shelter of the tiger that Goddess Nanda Devi rides.
- After arriving at Bhagwabasa, check-in to our camps and have some leisure.
- Savour home-style cooked dinner and overnight stay in Bhagwabasa.
- Wake up early in the morning and post breakfast, we will start our trek from Bhagwabasa to Roopkund summit.
- From Bhagwabasa campsite, trek ahead towards Chhiria Nag and climb the steep trail until you arrive at the point from where you’ll descend down to finally reach and witness the mighty Roopkund Lake. This shallow high altitude Himalayan lake has remains of skeletons which are almost 1200 years old. Spend some time at Roopkund, capture some #InstaPerfect snaps and seek blessings at a small temple dedicated to Goddess Nanda Devi.
- Return back to your campsite at Pathar Nachuni via Bhagwabasa & Kalu Vinayak and have some leisure.
- Savour home-style cooked dinner and overnight stay in Pathar Nachuni.
- Wake up early in the morning and post breakfast, we will start our trek down from Pathar Nachuni to Wan village.
- Enroute, we will be taking a pit stop at Gharoli Patal for a much-needed lunch. Slowly oak and rhododendron trees will come into view and as you keep descending down towards Wan village.
- Drive back to Lohajung, check-in to our cozy homestay/guesthouse, freshen-up and have some leisure.
- Savour home-style cooked dinner and overnight stay in Lohajung.
- Wake up early in the morning, check-out from our guesthouse/homestay or camps and drive from Lohajung to Rishikesh.
- By evening, you will be dropped at Rishikesh - ISBT/Railway Station. Trek ends with lots of amazing memories and unforgettable experiences.
Inclusions
- Transportation: Tempo Traveler/Sumo/Bolero/Sedan Cab (from Rishikesh to Rishikesh) depending on the number of travelers.
- Accommodation on sharing basis: Homestay/Guesthouse and Camps. Opted accommodation sharing will not be applicable for stay in Didna Village since it's an offbeat location, thus stays are limited and are available on per bed basis only.
- Mountaineering qualified and experienced trek leader and support staff.
- Meals: Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner (starting from Day 1 Dinner till Day 8 Morning Tea) and complimentary evening tea & snacks.
- First-Aid medical kits for emergencies.
- Trekking equipment: sleeping bag, mattress, tent, kitchen & dining tent, toilet tent, utensils and crampon (if required).
- All necessary entry fees and permits.
- Driver allowances, toll taxes, parking, state taxes.
Exclusions
- Any extra meals apart from the ones mentioned under inclusions.
- Travel Insurance, items of a personal nature like porterage, tips, laundry etc. Cost for backpack offloading for the whole trek.
- Any other costing involved due to circumstances like natural calamity, weather conditions, riots, roadblocks, landslides or any other forced circumstances which are out of our control.
- GST (5%) is applicable extra.
- Anything which is not mentioned in the above inclusions.
