Itinerary

Day 1

Assemble at the boarding point in Guwahati (airport/railway station) and start a chilled-out journey to Shillong which is famously known as the Scotland of the East and is at an altitude of 4908 feet above sea level.
After arriving in Shillong, check-in to our comfy hotel, freshen-up and have some leisure.
Make the most out of it by chilling with your travel clan at various quaint cafes in Shillong, soak in the colonial charm of Meghalaya’s capital and feel free to stroll around the streets.

Day 2

Wake up and post breakfast, we’ll proceed towards Mawphlang from Shillong.
After reaching Mawphlang, begin your hike through the ancient sacred grove of Mawphlang positioned amidst East Khasi Hills and highly revered by the local tribes. Learn about the legends associated with this forest and get a glimpse of some rare medicinal plants found in this region.
Post exploration, return back to your hotel in Shillong.

Day 3

Wake up and post breakfast, we’ll proceed towards Wahkhen from Shillong.
After reaching Wahkhen, begin your trek to the famous bamboo trail of Meghalaya taking you through the lush mountains and forests along the Wahrew river. Cross a number of bamboo bridges, climb wooden ladders and learn about the legends associated with Mawryngkhang.
Post exploration, return back to your hotel in Shillong.

Day 4

Wake up and post breakfast, check-out from the hotel and we'll proceed towards Dawki which is famous for the fascinating turquoise Umngot river, resembling a glass surface.
Enroute Shnongpdeng in Dawki, we’ll visit the Krang Shuri Waterfall which is one of the most beautiful waterfalls in Meghalaya with its silky cascading water. Further we'll take a halt at Laitlum Canyons to witness a panoramic view of the lush valleys of Meghalaya.
After arriving in Dawki, check-in into our riverside camps in Shnongpdeng and have some leisure. In the evening, gather for some chill scenes as we'll host a bonfire.

Day 5

Wake up and post breakfast, check-out from the camps and indulge in adventure activities like Cliff Jumping, Boating, and Snorkeling, in the crystal clear waters of Umngot river.
Drive towards Cherrapunji which is popular for its living root bridges and for the abundance of rainfall it receives every year. Enroute Cherrapunji, we’ll visit Mawlynnong which is widely known as India's cleanest village.
After arriving in Cherrapunji, check-in into our hotel where we'll spend the night and have some leisure.

Day 6

Wake up early and post breakfast, we'll proceed towards the Seven Sister falls and further we’ll visit one of the most notable landmarks in Cherrapunji which is the Mawsmai Caves.
Drive towards Nongriat village which acts as a base point for the widely popular living double-decker root bridge trek. Take a pit stop at the longest known living root bridge - Ritymmen Root Bridge. Trek ahead to reach the resplendent bridge, the Umshiang double decker bridge and capture some #InstaPerfect pictures. Additionally, we’ll also visit Rainbow Waterfall (as per weather conditions).

Day 7

Wake up and post breakfast, check-out from the hotel and drive back towards Shillong.
Enroute Shillong, we’ll visit the amazing Nohkalikai Waterfall known as the tallest plunge waterfall in Meghalaya positioned at 1115 ft. Further we’ll take a halt at Wei Swadong - a three-tiered waterfall and truly one of the most beautiful waterfalls in Meghalaya.
After arriving in Shillong, check-in to our comfy hotel and have some leisure.

Day 8

Wake up early and post breakfast, check-out from our hotel and drive back to Guwahati.
Enroute Guwahati, we’ll take a halt at the popular Umiam Lake which is one of the biggest artificial lakes in Meghalaya.
After arriving in Guwahati, the trip ends with lots of amazing memories and unforgettable experiences.
