YES, sure so Paragliding in Bir Billing can be enjoyed between September to June, it's considered as the best time to visit the place. During the months of July-August it is closed due to the Monsoon Season.

Paragliding in Bir Billing can be enjoyed between September and June. During the months of November and December, beautiful snow-covered landscapes can be enjoyed while paragliding. Paragliding is closed during the months of July and August due to the monsoon season.
