In December ending, it’s winter and that’s why it is not possible to do Badrinath yatra as the temple is closed in October end or in the first week of November. You may visit Auli in December end. Auli is a ski paradise for all ski lovers. But If you still want to do Badrinath then you can book your Badrinath Mana Yatra by Helicopter. As the temples will remain closed, it’s of no use.
