Reach Gangtok on day one and you can use the rest two days for exploring nearby places. One of these days, you can pay a visit to Tsmogo Lake & Nathula Pass (if weather permits).
And on day 3, you can do Tinjurey Trek which is a day hike near Gangtok, from there you’ll get to see some alluring views of Mt. Kanchenjunga (Kanchendzonga) only if the weather permits you.
