The best time to travel Srinagar Leh Manali is during the summer months, when the weather is generally pleasant and the roads connecting these regions are open.
Late May to June- This period is ideal for traveling from Srinagar to Leh. The Srinagar-Leh highway (NH1) via Zoji La Pass typically opens around late May or early June allowing for a picturesque road trip. The weather in both Srinagar and Leh is pleasant during summers and tourist attractions are accessible.
June to August- Continue your journey from Leh to Manali during these months. The Leh-Manali highway (NH3) via Baralacha La Pass is open during this period, offering breathtaking views of the Himalayas. However be prepared for occasional rain showers especially in July and August.
September to Early October- Complete your trip by traveling from Manali to Delhi with lots of unforgettable memories and experiences.
After arriving in Srinagar, pick-up from the airport and drive towards Dal Lake. Check-in to your cozy houseboat and freshen-up.
As per your time, head out to explore the streets near Dal Lake, go for Shikara ride or just chill in your houseboat (by your own).
In the evening, don’t miss out the much-needed acclimatization session by your trip captain followed by home-style cooked dinner and overnight stay in a houseboat.

Know Before You Go
You are suggested to assemble at Dal Lake ghat at 3:00 PM on the trip start date. From here, a shikhara will pick you up to drop you at your designated houseboat where we’ll check in.
