Feeling thrilled and happy, hop onto your flight to Athens and bid India adieu!
After landing in Athens and clearing immigration, drive to your hotel.
Check-in to your comfy hotel and have a leisurely day.
Day 2
After indulging in a toothsome Greek breakfast, we will head out for a city tour.
Concluding the tour at the Acropolis (entry not included), we will transfer to the Plaka area in the evening.
Have an overnight rest in the hotel in Athens.
Day 3
En route to north Greece, we will make a must-see stop by the sea at Kamena Vourla.
Continue to the historic sight of the Battle of Thermopylae Gorge.
Next, we will head to Meteora from Kastraki, a rock formation mainly famous for its monasteries and is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The entry to one of the most significant monasteries is included.
End the day with a dinner in Kalambaka and rest overnight for a new adventure tomorrow!
Day 4
We will make our way to the “center of the world” Delphi as per Greek mythology.
Discover the Archaeological Ensemble of Delphi, the ticket to which is included.
Paving our path between the mountains we reach Osios Loukas Monastery, a World Heritage Site.
Head back to Athens by evening for an overnight stay in the hotel.
Day 5
Post breakfast, we will board ferries to sail to the islands of Aegina and Poros.
Afterward, hit the peninsula and arrive in the Peloponnese region. Here visit the ancient Greek theater of Epidaurus (entrance included).
For the night, stay in the coastal Nafplio which is dominated by the Venetian fortress.
End the night with a delectable dinner.
Day 6
Through the mountains of Peloponnese, we will make our way to Tripoli.
After a walk in Tripoli, reach Olympia, location of the first Olympic games in ancient Greece (entry and guided tour included).
For the last destination of today, we reach the lively port city of Patras.
End the night with a delicious dinner.
Day 7
Start with a visit to Nafpaktos, the site where the Battle of Lepanto was fought to put an end to the Ottoman expansionism towards Europe.
Next, visit Mycenae (entry included), the cradle of the first European civilization.
Before reaching Athens, make a stop at the fortress of Acrocorinto (ticket included) and then to the Corinth Canal.
Arrive in Athens for the night
Day 8
A full day to explore Athens at your own pace. Explore the museums, try out Greek dishes, or discover the ancient ruins
Day 9
Head to the port to board for the Mediterranean cruise. Departure at 11 AM.
Arrive in Mykonos and enjoy some free time.
Board again for an overnight cruise
Day 10
The entire daytime on board cruising through the Mediterranean Sea.
Explore the island of Patmos before boarding again for an overnight cruise
Day 11
After an entire day of cruising reach the island of Rhodes and later go on a visit to the medieval Rhodes.
Overnight cruise to Heraklion.
Day 12
The entire day on board cruising through the Mediterranean Sea before arriving in Heraklion, the capital of Crete till 11:30 AM.
The next stop is Santorini to enjoy a couple of hours on the island.
Board again for an overnight cruise.
Day 13
7:30 AM Athens - Lavrion/Piraeus. Arrive at the Port and bid farewell.
