Itinerary
- We will embark on this journey from Vienna by boarding the “MS Crucestar” or equivalent.
- To note: Registration begins at 4:00 PM. If you arrive early, you have the option to leave your luggage at the front desk and head out for a city tour on your own.
- Welcome drinks and dinner are included.
Inclusions
- General Services: Travel by bus with English speaking guide, basic travel insurance, and Port taxes.
- Meals: Full board on cruise, 20 meals for the entire trip including breakfasts and special meals, 7 Breakfasts (Daily), 6 Lunches and 7 Dinner.
- Accommodation: 7 nights stay on Cruise.
- Surface Transfers & Travels: Arrival Airport Pickup, All sightseeing and transfers, 7-day iconic Cruise including meals/extensive choice of beverages, port, and service charges, City tours in Vienna, Dürnstein, Melk, Linz, Bratislava, Budapest, and Esztergom, Cruise MS CRUCESTAR 4 or equivalent.
- Visa Assistance: Professional visa assistance is provided by experts & guaranteed visa approval letter. Our Visa experts will help you prepare documents, draft a cover letter, help you fill necessary forms, and submit the application, in a completely organized stress-free manner.
Exclusions
- Any International Flights.
- Meals that are not mentioned in the program. Any kind of food or beverage that is not included in the package like alcoholic drinks, mineral water, meals/refreshments/lunches on the highway.
- Early check-in and late check-out. Hotel or Room upgrade.
- Guide & Entrance fees during sightseeing or any other item not specified in inclusions.
- Any personal expenses like a tip to the drivers, camera/video camera charges, laundry, telephone bills, tips, etc.
- Travel Insurance and any cost arising due to natural calamities, roadblocks, etc.
- Tourism Fee/Security Deposit will be payable at the hotel.
- Anything not mentioned in the inclusions.
- GST (5%) is applicable extra.
- 5% TCS as per govt. rules will be applicable on the Total Package Cost Tax Collected at Sources (TCS) as per Section 206C of the Income Tax. This amount will be claimable while filing in your ITR
