Itinerary

Day 1

Assemble at the boarding point. We will start our adventurous trip from Dehradun, early in the morning . Meet your trip leader and co-travellers and socialise with them. You'll cover your journey from Dehradun to Barsu by a tempo traveler or cab(180km). Drive through scenic towns of Mussoorie, Chamba , Dharasu, Bhatwari and then reach Barsu. On arriving, check-in to camp/hotel. Freshen up and enjoy the bonfire with mouth watering snacks. Savour home style cooked dinner and overnight stay at Barsu.

Day 2

Wake up early to the tranquil mountain morning. Post breakfast, check out and get ready for the trek towards the meadows of Dayara via Barnala Tal. Make your way through the Rhododendrons, Silver Oak and Deodar forests to reach Barnala that is 4km away. Barnala is at an elevation of 8,530 ft above the sea level. Take a halt here and witness the scenic meadows having Himalayan peaks in the backdrop. Trek further to Dayara Bugyal.It will be an uphill trek of about 5 kms to the high alpine meadows of Dayara bugyal.It is at an elevation of 9,980 ft above the sea level. Reach Dayara bugyal and adore the mesmerizing Gangotri range . From the campsite , you can easily see the panoramic view of peaks like Srikanth, Rudregaira, Gangotri I, II & III, Jaonli, Draupadi ka Danda I & II, Black peak, Bandarpunch and others. Savour home style cooked dinner with star gazing and overnight stay at Dayara bugyal.

Day 3

Wake up early in the morning and witness an elegant sunrise over the snow capped peaks. Have breakfast in our campsite at Dayara bugyal then leave for Bakaria Top. It is at an elevation of 12000 ft above the sea level and it offers breathtaking views of snow-crested mountains and beautiful valleys. The trail becomes steep ahead and moves along oak and fir trees on its fringes. Bakaria Top is the highest point of Dayara Bugyal which also offers a magnificent view of sunset. After exploration start descending back to Barnatal Tal through the same route via Dayara bugyal. Reach the campsite, freshen up and enjoy the bonfire with mouth watering snacks. Savour home style cooked dinner and overnight stay at Barnatal campsite.

Day 4

Wake up early to a beautiful sunrise in the lap of nature. Post breakfast ,It's time to say adios to this beautiful stretch of green grasslands. Start descending towards Bursu village. After reaching the village, post lunch drive back to Dehradun. Here, the trip ends with amazing memories and friends.

Inclusions

Accommodation: Stay is included from day 1 to Day 4 – you will be staying at guest house and camps on all days of trekking.
Transportation: Dehradun to Dehradun
Meals: All Meals from day 1 dinner to day 4 breakfast are included. We provide simple nutritious vegetarian food on all days of the trek.
Camping Charges: All trekking permits and forest camping charges are included.
Support Staff: Trek Leader and Local Guide.
Trekking Equipment: you will be staying in high quality tents and sleeping bags in all the camps. We provide high altitude sleeping bags which can stand temperatures as low as - 10 deg c. We also provide ropes, micro spikes, gaiters etc. As required.
Safety Equipment: First aid, medical kit, oxygen cylinders, Stretchers etc. will be available at all campsites to deal with emergencies.

Exclusions

Any extra meals apart from the ones mentioned under inclusions.
Travel Insurance, items of personal nature like porterage, tips, laundry etc.
Any entry fees, extra expenses for optional activities or tickets, unless quoted in Inclusions.
Any other costing involved due to circumstances like natural calamity, weather conditions, riots, roadblocks, landslides or any other forced circumstances which are out of our control.
GST (5%) is applicable extra.
Anything which is not mentioned in the above inclusions.
