It’s famous for the ceremonial closing of gates and lowering of flags of India and Pakistan. This parade of 80 to 90 minutes takes place every evening in Wagah Border before sunset. As the sunsets, the iron gate at the border is opened and the flags of India and Pakistan are lowered and folded by their soldiers. The ceremony ends with a  handshake between the soldiers of both the countries (India and Pakistan). There are not any entry charges for Wagah Border, but you have to cross a security check before entry in the sitting area of Wagah Border. The timing of Wagah Border is from morning 10:00 AM to evening 5:30 PM.
