    Hi,

The journey to Hampta Pass is not simple. But it is undeniably popular. Shepherds can be spotted grazing in the meadows along the route, but you can't rely on their availability to find the trail. If you are a seasoned trekker with plenty of high-altitude treks under your belt and enough equipment and maps to identify the way, you may be able to undertake Hampta without a guide. However, it is always recommended to bring a guide. It is not suggested to go there without a guide because you may lose track and end up in difficulties, especially if you do not have any means of contact. I recommend Indiahikes since they are the best in the business.
