Yes,you can do Triund trek without a guide as you have to follow a single trail and there are rare chances of getting lost in your way to Triund. However, going along with a guide if you are not an experienced trekker, is a better option because it can get risky at times. So, it is always better to take precautions instead of risks

You can apply electronic travel authorization of sri lanka online, fill the application form and request for VISA and you can get approval for the maximum stay of 30 days per entry. The ETA will be valid upto 180 days from the date of issuance.
