Day 1 : Drive from Rishikesh to Lohajung (280 km)

Day 1 - Rishikesh Arrival & Drive To Lohajung (7,600 ft) | 280 km
Assemble at the boarding point in Rishikesh - ISBT/Railway Station and drive to Lohajung. Lohajung serves as the beginning point and the base camp for the Brahmatal trek.
After arriving in Lohajung, check in to our cozy homestay/guesthouse or camps, freshen-up and have some leisure. Feel free to take a stroll around this gorgeous village and pack for your next day's trek. Savour home-style cooked dinner and overnight stay in Lohajung.
Day 2 - Lohajung To Bekaltal (9,689 ft) | 6 km
Wake up early in the morning and post breakfast, we will start our trek from Lohajung to Bekaltal. Along the way, you would encounter some mind blowing views of Nanda Ghunti Peak. The trekking trail to Bekaltal passes through a dense forest region consisting of conifer, cedar, oak and fir trees. Spot the Kali Valley as you climb higher, marked by the union of Kali and Pindari rivers.
After arriving in Bekaltal, check in to our camps and have some leisure. Feel free to take a stroll around and soak in the charm of Bekaltal lake. Savour home-style cooked dinner and overnight stay in camps.
Day 3 - Bekaltal To Brahmatal (10,440 ft) | 5 km
Wake up early in the morning and post breakfast, we will start our trek from Bekaltal to Brahmatal. The trekking trail to Brahmatal starts steeply into the oak and rhododendron forest which leads to the meadow of Telandi top. In winters, this meadow turns into a vast snowfield. From here, it is a very gradual descent to Brahmatal.
After arriving in Brahmatal, check in to our camps and have some leisure. Feel free to take a stroll around and witness the gorgeous Brahmatal lake. Treat your eyes with jaw dropping vistas of snow-peaked Himalayas. Savour home-style cooked dinner and overnight stay in camps.
Day 4 - Brahmatal To Brahmatal Summit (12,200 ft) & Back To Lohajung | 11 km
Today is the most visually mesmerizing day. Wake up early in the morning and post breakfast, we will start our trek from Brahmatal to Brahmatal Summit. We would pass through some treacherous trails at Chota Jhandidar and Bada Jhandidar. The trekking trail passes through a mountain ridge with valleys on both sides and provides majestic views of Mt.Trishul and Nanda Ghunti peaks.
At Brahmatal Summit, get mesmerized by a 180° view of exclusive snow covered Himalayan peaks such as Chaukhambha, Mandi, Mana, Nilgiri, Neelkanth and Trishul.
Start your descent from Brahmatal to Lohajung. After arriving in Lohajung, check in to our cozy homestay/guesthouse or camps. Savour home-style cooked dinner and overnight stay in Lohajung.
Day 5 - Drive From Lohajung To Rishikesh | 280 km
Wake up early in the morning, check-out from our guesthouse/homestay or camps and drive from Lohajung to Rishikesh.
By evening, you will be dropped at Rishikesh - ISBT/Railway Station. Trek ends with lots of amazing memories and unforgettable experiences.
Route changes, postponement, delay, or finishing the trek a day earlier: Under some extraordinary circumstance, your trek may end a day earlier or start a day later. This may become necessary due to inclement weather, snow and ice conditions, political restrictions, or any other cause. In the event of a change, postponement or delay, participants have no right to refund of the trek (in whole or in part) or other compensation for any injury, loss or damage. Trek fee is not charged broken down in terms of days but is a composite fee for the whole trek.
In such a case, we will look for the best possible alternatives, as feasible. We reserve the right to change any schedule in the interest of safety, comfort and general wellbeing as per the call taken by locals, the driver and your trek leader.
