Yes, Dal Bhat is the famous food of Nepal also known as Nepali Thali. According to local citizens, This Nepali thali (Dal Bhat Tarkari) gives them the power to work hard. You can eat this Nepali Thali in anywhere in Nepal. I tasted it at one restaurant in Thamel named- Kathmandu Steak House. As I said that Nepali Thali is also known as Dhal- Bhat- Tarkari where the Dal means Pulses, Bhat means Rice and Tarkari means Vegetables. Served with much love in a big copper plate with raised edges, food borders toward being non-spicy. Add a dash of the chutneys and pickles that are freshly prepared from season’s best fruits and vegetables. They give you 3 kind of vegetables, first one is mix veg. Curry and second one is saag (Local Name). They also give you the sweet curd as a dessert in this Nepali Dhal- Bhat- Tarkari Thali.

Where To Eat?If you are planning to visit Kathmandu during your Nepal trip, I prefer to try Nepali Thali (Dal Bhat Tarkari) at the restaurant – Kathmandu Steak House. It is situated at very good Location of Thamel Market in Kathmandu which is the capital city of Nepal. They provide the best food at a budget price. That’s why I recommend this. Other than this Nepali Thali, I also tasted banana lassi which is also good. I ate French fries, fish chips, all are good. There is good sitting space in this restaurant and You can take drinks as well. All staff members are friendly in nature and good in English, Nepali and Hindi. There is a Spa also in downside to this restaurant where you can take massage etc.
